RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Made to Order

Please understand that all of our jackets, blazers, and coats are handmade and made to order. We offer unique products compared to other retailers. To continue providing a wide variety of options, details, and sizing, we have established the following return policy. With handmade clothing, variations in colors, stitching, and washable pencil marks are possible, though we minimize these where possible. Each style has a unique thickness, so please treat the leather with care during the break-in period.

Quality Matters

Finest Outfits products may have slight variations in color, inner lining, and/or stitching. We source new quality materials and best match colors and textures as supplies run low. If any article is below standards or has a notable mistake, Finest Outfits will make it right for you at no cost upon approval.

Return Request

To return an order for exchange or refund, please email our customer service support using a website contact form for returns and exchanges.

The request must include the following:

- Reason for return and exchange
- Order details: Credit or size exchange

Finest Outfits does not provide free returns and does not cover the return delivery costs. In the case of the above-mentioned situation, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost.

Return Policy

- Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order if you would like an exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are not eligible for handmade items.
- To request an exchange or to return the product, please email customer support or use the returns and exchange form on finestoutfits.com within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
- We ensure our valued customers that we make returns as easy as possible and offer advice on sizing whenever needed.
- For a return to be eligible, all returned items must be unworn with all original tags attached, in new sellable condition per our standards, and free from damage, abuse, tears, or any bad odor. If the item fails to meet these criteria, returns may be rejected once reviewed by our team.
- For new orders that require any changes, notify us by email within 24 hours of placing your order if a change is needed. We work quickly and may not be able to change the order after this time period.
- We send out an email during the order process to triple-check once an order is made to stress our sizing and expectations.
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, customized orders are not eligible for return/refund/exchange, whether the customization is of size, material, or design. Please be sure about your request before placing an order.
- Ensure the return is shipped to the correct authorized return address and share the tracking details with the store through the returns center or customer support of Finest Outfits within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

Jackets can stretch a small amount, but forcing the leather will cause possible distress or tearing, which is not recommended and will void your return.

Please note that while we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction, Finest Outfits reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges at their discretion, including assessing the actions or intent of the buyer.

Returns are managed by emailing us directly for the exchange or through the form attached.

Exchanges or credits will be processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

- The item has been discontinued or is final sale at an event.
- The item has been placed on sale or clearance pricing (aside from coupon codes).
- The item has been custom-sized to your specification.
- The item has been worn, used, or damaged.
- The item is a One of a Kind Limited Edition or Custom Created Design.
- An email notification has not been received by you within the allotted time frame requesting a return or exchange.
- The item is not returned within 15 days of receiving the item. Finest Outfits will be as helpful as possible with timing but reserves the right to enforce this policy.

Sale Items

Sales located on our “SALE PAGE” or price-reduced items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your sizing before placing your order.

Abandoned Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pick up their parcel and the item is abandoned, destroyed, or misplaced due to customer negligence, the customer is held liable, and a replacement will not be sent gratis. Tracking will be provided on each package, as well as support from Finest Outfits and our shipping carriers to the best of our ability.

Shipment

Please note that made-to-order items may take up to 12-15 business days (3–4 weeks for custom sizes) and may be delayed by conditions beyond our control.

- Shipment may take up to 10-15 business days and may be delayed by conditions beyond our control by shipping companies or world events.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas.

Materials

All jackets are subject to color changes but will remain as close as possible to the original concept and photos displayed. Due to camera flash exposure and picture resolution, slight variations in color may occur. Returns for color questions, lining, or similar issues will still fall under our standard return policy and are not considered errors.

We try our best to deliver a finished product, but pencil markings may appear due to our handmade production process. They can be delicately wiped off.
